brattMobile Regulatory & Disclosures

1. Carrier & Network Information

brattMobile is a mobile service provider that delivers wireless services through one or more underlying domestic and international carrier partners.

Coverage, speeds, and service quality may vary based on location, device capability, network availability, congestion, maintenance, and other factors. brattMobile does not own all network infrastructure used to provide services.

brattMobile services may be subject to network management practices, prioritization, roaming limitations, and technical restrictions imposed by our network partners.


2. Taxes, Surcharges & Fees

Your charges may include taxes, regulatory recovery fees, and other surcharges imposed by federal, state, local, or international authorities.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Federal, state, and local sales or excise taxes
  • Universal Service Fund (USF) fees
  • 911 and emergency service fees
  • Telecommunications relay service fees
  • Regulatory cost recovery charges

Taxes and fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. They are not controlled by brattMobile and are not discounts or promotional charges.


3. E911 & Emergency Services

brattMobile provides access to Enhanced 911 (E911) emergency services where supported by the network and your device.

When you dial 911, your phone number and approximate location may be provided to emergency responders. Location accuracy depends on network technology, device settings, signal strength, and environmental conditions.

E911 service may not function:

  • During network outages or power failures
  • On unsupported or incompatible devices
  • In areas without network coverage
  • If your service is suspended or inactive

You should always maintain alternative means of contacting emergency services.


4. Lawful Compliance & Required Disclosures

brattMobile complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including lawful interception, data retention, and emergency service requirements.

We may disclose customer information, communications, or records when required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory obligation, or lawful government request.

brattMobile may monitor, intercept, or record communications and network activity where legally required or permitted to:

  • Protect the network and customers
  • Prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Maintain service integrity

5. Number Portability

You may be able to transfer (port) your existing phone number to or from brattMobile, subject to eligibility requirements, carrier cooperation, and regulatory rules.

Number transfers are not guaranteed and may be delayed or fail due to incorrect information, outstanding balances, carrier restrictions, or technical limitations.

brattMobile is not responsible for service loss resulting from unsuccessful or delayed number ports.


6. Device & Compatibility Disclosures

Not all devices are compatible with brattMobile services. Device functionality depends on hardware, software, frequency band support, and network certification.

Unlocked devices may not support all features, including 5G, Wi-Fi calling, visual voicemail, or emergency location services.

brattMobile does not guarantee that any device will function on the network or support all services.


7. Service Limitations

Wireless service is subject to transmission limitations caused by terrain, buildings, weather, network congestion, system capacity, maintenance, and technological constraints.

brattMobile does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific coverage areas, data speeds, or network availability.

Services may be slowed, suspended, limited, or terminated to protect the network, enforce policies, comply with law, or address misuse.


8. Changes to This Page

We may update this Regulatory & Disclosures page at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated disclosures.
