brattMobile provides wireless voice, text, data, device sales, and related services through one or more underlying network partners.
Services are subject to network availability, coverage limitations, device compatibility, and technical constraints.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to notify brattMobile immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.
Service begins once your device or SIM/eSIM is activated and accepted on the network.
You agree to use brattMobile services only for lawful, personal or business communications and not for prohibited, abusive, or harmful activities.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your account, including service fees, device charges, taxes, surcharges, regulatory fees, and third-party charges.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a written refund policy.
We may modify pricing, plans, or features at any time as permitted by law.
You may not use brattMobile services to:
brattMobile may suspend or terminate services without notice if you violate these Terms, fail to pay charges, create risk to the network, or engage in unlawful activity.
We may also restrict or discontinue services to protect customers, comply with law, or maintain system integrity.
Not all devices are compatible with brattMobile services. We do not guarantee that any device will function fully or continuously on the network.
Unlocked or third-party devices may lack features including 5G, Wi-Fi calling, voicemail, or emergency location services.
Phone numbers are assigned by brattMobile or our partners and are not owned by you.
Number porting is subject to eligibility, technical feasibility, and third-party carrier cooperation.
Your use of brattMobile services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information.
Access to emergency services depends on network availability, device compatibility, and account status.
E911 location accuracy is not guaranteed. You should maintain alternative methods for contacting emergency services.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, brattMobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless brattMobile and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
We may modify services, pricing, features, or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which brattMobile operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute resolution procedures may include informal resolution, arbitration, or court proceedings as required or permitted by law.
